TASTEDEV policy
The terms for buying and using TASTEDEV products. Terms for using the community are in the separate terms of service.

TASTEDEV products are developed and supplied by GXSOFT (representative: CHOI YOUNG GU, business registration number 853-44-00368, 9F V24, 351 Gyeongin-ro, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea).
Online purchases are made through Paddle.com Market Limited. As Merchant of Record, Paddle handles payment, receipts, taxes and refunds, and the purchase contract is between the user and Paddle. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase.
What you pay for is the right to receive new versions, and the versions you receive stay usable afterwards.
Without a licence you can use every feature for 30 days. This is so that you can judge the product properly, and we do not ask for a payment method up front.
GXSOFT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product within the scope below. This right lasts indefinitely for the versions you received while updates were covered.
Versions released while your updates were covered remain usable in full, indefinitely. We do not withdraw the right to use versions you have already received. This is the same for subscriptions and perpetual licences.
If you upgrade to a version released after that, that version is treated as unlicensed and, once the grace period passes, its tool features are locked. Resubscribing or extending updates unlocks them. You can see whether the version you are running is covered in Settings › Licence inside the app.
The product verifies entitlement with a signed licence file. The file carries a maintenance date (the last day on which you receive updates), and the app compares its own release date with that date. The app never contacts a server while running. The file contains your name, email, licence number and the maintenance date.
You receive every version released while your updates are covered, and the versions you receive stay usable. We do not guarantee any particular feature or release date, and product plans may change. Refunds and cancellation follow the refund policy.
The product is provided "as is". We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, GXSOFT’s liability does not exceed the amount you actually paid for the period in which the problem arose. This limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence.
You should keep your own backups of important material. This matters especially for a product that handles files.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, and the Incheon District Court is the court of first instance for disputes. Consumers keep the rights guaranteed by the law of their place of residence.
We announce changes on the site and by email 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change that is unfavourable to you, you may cancel your subscription and we refund the remaining period pro rata.
