Angular 22.2.1 fixes server URLs, redirects and router behavior

The stable release rejects protocol-relative paths in server resolveUrl and limits absolute redirects from redirect functions. It also improves memory retention in router snapshots and RouterLink. Apps using SSR and routing should regression-test URL handling and navigation paths.
