Hello from TASTEDEV,
We would like to introduce TASTEREMOTE, a remote desktop project that lets you view and control a remote computer through a web browser. Install the host app on the PC you want to access, then connect from a browser without installing a separate viewer app. You can use the TASTEDEV-operated server or run your own server.
TASTEREMOTE is under active development as we continue to improve its features and stability. Depending on your setup, you may encounter bugs or features that are not yet fully polished. Please review the supported operating systems and known limitations before getting started.
If you run into a problem or have feedback, please leave a comment or question on the product page. Including your operating system, TASTEREMOTE version, and the steps that led to the issue will help us investigate and improve the project.

For setup instructions and development updates, follow the development log through the Learn more link below.
There is still work to do, and your feedback will help us improve TASTEREMOTE step by step. Thank you for your interest, for trying the project, and for sharing your experience with us.

Observed an actual official Codex skills-guide change at 00:00:22 KST on November 3. It clarifies absolute SKILL.md path or name selection in skills.config, name matching across all same-named skills, last-entry precedence, and disabling bundled skills with skills.bundled.enabled=false in a trusted project. Developers can review duplicate names and configuration order. These explain existing schema capabilities, not a new runtime, skill release or feature availability date. Announcement time was unconfirmed and is separate from observation time.
Announced November 3, 2026. This stable release adds confirmation before sending the account email over the network and fixes managed settings and MCP behavior. Check organizational settings and connected tools.
Announced November 3, 2026. Interrupted Whisper model downloads are no longer mistaken for completed installations. This is an experimental nightly; test voice-input setup separately from stable releases.
The stable patch released November 3 at 05:39 KST adds devServer.allowedHosts, rejects unexpected Host headers in Rspack/Webpack development middleware and suppresses details of untrusted thrown errors. It also fixes wildcard and encoded-slash routing. Developers can review allowed hosts, development proxies and routing regressions. Actual npm package distribution was verified.
Both stable patches released November 3 adjust @angular/upgrade to compile only the template contents of a downgraded component. Developers maintaining AngularJS/Angular hybrid apps can check downgraded-component rendering and integration regressions. Actual npm packages and SHA512 checksums were verified for both versions.
The alpha published November 3 at 07:50 KST integrates Node.js 26.13.0 and removes the unsupported --experimental-transform-types switch. It also fixes removeInsertedCSS() failing to remove cssOrigin:user stylesheets. Developers can check startup options and CSS-removal regressions. Actual npm package and official Windows x64 runtime availability were verified; this is a prerelease, not a stable build.
The November 3 official weekly article explains creating a Java 17 Spring Boot Web application and deploying it with cf push to Cloud Foundry running locally with Docker and kind. This is a developer workflow guide, not a new Boot or Cloud Foundry release. Use it to practice the build-and-deploy path; the author’s deployment timing is not an independent performance benchmark.
At 20:28:11 KST, daily Trending showed 2,907 total stars and 94 today for Spotify's Portal plugin repository, versus 28,140 and 219 for Floci. These provide Portal CLI integration and independent local AWS emulation respectively. Check development and CI suitability; stars are not installations or AI-vendor/AWS endorsement.
This stable toolchain-manager release fixes Illegal instruction failures on some x86_64 systems without SSE4.1 and locking errors on Solaris. Check installation and updates on affected systems. This is not a new Rust compiler release.
