Sales Partner Terms

Overview

A sales partner is a TASTEDEV member whose application has been approved. Once approved, a referral code and link are issued, and payments made by visitors who arrive through that link earn a commission. Partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of GXSOFT.

Commission

• The commission is 30% of the net payment (the list price minus VAT and payment fees). If the net amount is not yet known, the list price is used.
• Payments made within 30 days after clicking the referral link are attributed. If several partner links were clicked, the last one is attributed.
• Each subscription renewal earns the same rate again. Nothing is recorded after a licence is refunded or cancelled.
• Payments from the partner's own account, or repeated payments with the same payment method that do not look like genuine sales, earn no commission.

Confirmation, cancellation and payout

• A commission is confirmed 30 days after payment (the refund window). A refund or chargeback within that window cancels it.
• Confirmed commissions are collected monthly and paid out the following month. The minimum payout and how to enter payout details are announced on the partner page.
• Withholding tax or tax invoicing applies to payouts as required by law. We may request the information needed for tax processing.

Prohibited conduct

• Paying under your own name or that of family members or employees to collect a commission
• Spreading the link in unwanted ways such as spam email, unauthorised advertising or comment flooding
• Presenting yourself as an official TASTEDEV or GXSOFT account or employee, or altering trademarks and logos without permission
• Making claims about product features, prices or discounts that are not true
• Setting the referral cookie without the visitor's consent or hijacking another partner's attribution

Suspension, termination and changes

If prohibited conduct is confirmed, we may suspend the partner and cancel the related commissions. A partner may end the agreement at any time through the support channel, and GXSOFT may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice. Commissions confirmed before termination are paid as scheduled.

Data handling

Referral clicks are recorded only with a random visitor key and a timestamp, without personal data. A partner's name, contact and payout details are used only for payouts and tax processing, and the privacy policy applies.
